Have you ever seen all those soft core shoots of the perfectly dressed up girls with amazing make up and mostly doing same exercises on some cute 2 kg resistance elastic bands? Have you ever thought that all of this works?

Heres the deal, 99 per cent of this girls are taken some kind of oral steroids, doing very light weight exercises, doing their hair, make up artist is available and mostly professional photographer, video maker, photoshop and some filters on video to make them look better than anything else. Not mentioning that mostly they have breast implants and that’s how they maintain “milky boobs” as per someone who comments under their photos.

Reality is not that amazing. Reality sucks. Lemme tell u that whenever you really workout, you’re sweating as its no tomorrow, your hair is shit, you don’t wear make up because you will have a panda eye in no time, you change your plates and you pray God you don’t die under 100 kg, and you don’t do sexy face whenever you’re lifting heavy, you are HORRIBLE. That’s where BEAST MODE comes from.

I have no idea why gym life is so sexualised by social media. Yes, you look nice but you as a woman should never be sexualised while working out. It gives way to wrong vibes.

Gym is not a place for cute girls who wants to be “fitness influencer” just cuz they found out that they look hot in yoga pants.

Gym is a place to get the perfect body or sweat trying. Now, all those wanna be sport “influencers” do same things, same booty exercises, because it gives likes and maybe will shoot them up into more lucrative career. But when it comes to knowledge about how to explain the workout, how to execute it in a technical way and still remain on the safe side with your knees and joints – that will be too much to ask from them. We are full of people who yesterday wanted to reinvent themselves and today they think that girl should do booty exercises and maybe some light weight with anything else. Worse… they start to teach it and proclaim that whatever they do it’s the best thing in the world.

Tell you what – there’s a published research about this battles of titans “squat vs hip trusts”, you can see by yourself. It is shown that hip trusts are 3 times less efficient than squats. So yes, you might do them but don’t think that hip trusts will give you the booty of your dreams. Instead of waiting from a wannabes to tell u something real while selling you another 50 dollars miracle workout which will NOT give you the body you want- start to squat.Then squat heavy. Eat well. Have patience. Start to understand yourself. Start to accept and listen to your body. STOP to listen to some stupid shit about miraculous workout that will shape you out in 1 week or 1 month. Depends from where are you starting- it can take 6 months to 1 year to see good results- and, I’m always talking of no steroid game.

    It’s always a delight to see your posts covering such topics. We’re usually a mess while working out. Makeup clogs pores, not everybody has those perfect breasts, body changes with exercises and age. Women shouldn’t be sexualised for working out! Yet I see so many fitness athletes showcasing sexuality.
