diet life – part 2

Once we will want to start the diet, because we are overweight- or because our immune system is low, or we have lack of minerals vitamins etc. First step will be a visit at the doctor, do the cardio vascular check, and also total blood test, allergy test. Why allergy tests? You don’t know if you’re allergic on one or another ingredient and you might actually end up to have allergic reaction. We don’t want that. Next, You will have to understand if your hormones are ok and you don’t have any lack of vitamins etc. Next step is to misuse your body fat, water retention and muscle mass.

Next, You will have to understand if your hormones are ok and you don’t have any lacks of vitamins etc.

Next step is to measure your body fat, water retention and muscle mass.

Not BMI – this is not accurate and old like dinosaurs so please don’t. You have to take your measurements as well. Whenever you have too much of body fat (18- 25% men, 21- 33 % woman is the average body fat that you have to have ) then you have to apply a diet.

Considering that over processed food is a part of Indian culture- its impossible to eradicate all that in one time.

We have to apply different technique to different people. The truth is that different people will react differently to same diet, so its the diet that has to follow the lifestyle of the person.

There are different ways to diet, but they will all in the end have same goal- caloric deficit.

Smart doctors will ask about the lifestyle, sum the caloric daily expenses and will look at the allergy analysis and will prescribe the best option. It could be having smaller portions, it can be intermittent fasting etc. The main goal is that in a week the person will not consume more than xyz nutrients and calories. Obviously certain people will want to have at least one cheat meal a week, that’s why we consider a week, not daily diet.

Moving on to the concept of diet – its a change, but it should be non drastic- otherwise the person will just not follow it and will go back to same life. Why? Lack of hormone of pleasure. When we eat things we like we get pleasure from it, and it comes like a shot of endorphins.

When we suddenly stop to have a proper satisfaction from the food it will provoke depression, levels of cortisone will go up, mood swings etc. unhealthy food might be seen as an addiction for some, that’s why we have to just re consider the quantity.

No diet will guarantee the “forever lost kg”. So once on- you will have to stick to it till you will not be in the group of “normal percentage of body fat” and then maintain. The only thing that will increase the fat burn is an exercise. There is no other way to burn the fat.

There is no magic pill to burn the fat, and if you ever hear of some magic potion- its a lie, and most certainly its a placebo plus it might give u some kidneys problems.
